These Chocolate Cream Anzac Biscuits are to die for. The combination of the Anzac biscuit and the rich chocolate cream is a match made in flavour heaven. You could also try an orange or lemon buttercream for a wonderful citrus balance to the sweet Anzac biscuit.

The method used to make this Quick-Mix Almond Shortbread is simple and super quick. All you need is a food processor to get the mixing done quickly! Chill the dough before slicing into the biscuit shapes as it is perfect to make ahead of time and keep it in the fridge or freezer for when you need it. This was demonstrated at the Cake Bake and Sweets Show, Sydney 2014.
