This class will take you through all the essential basics along with some uber fun techniques.  In this class you’ll master the skill of smoothly covering a foam tier in fondant and get the secrets on how to nail sleek sharp-edges. Amanda will then guide you in achieving a bright and bold abstract painted cake design with her exact step-by-step abstract cake painting method. You’ll also learn how to make multi-toned edible spheres and attach them together to build a gravity-defying structure on top of your cake.

You’ll be a cake artist in no time!
